Infusion Therapy for Spring Valley Patients

Living with a chronic condition already eats up enough of your week. The infusion itself should be the easy part. For Spring Valley, the hospital routes run busy in both directions: Good Samaritan in Suffern to the west, Montefiore Nyack to the east, each with its own crowded suite and its own wait. Oasis Family Health keeps it small. We are a dedicated infusion center a few miles north in Pomona, where the NP/RN team runs one patient's biologic or specialty IV at a time in a private room. We work with people managing rheumatologic, gastrointestinal, neurologic, and bone-health conditions, and we keep your Spring Valley specialist looped in on every visit so the plan stays on track.

If your prescription means a standing appointment every few weeks, a packed hospital bay gets old fast, and a lot of patients have done that drive into Westchester for years without realizing there is a closer option. Here it is one chair, one room, and the same nurse who already knows your chart. We also carry the insurance side of it, the prior auths and the benefit checks, so it never lands back on you. Most plans are accepted, and we coordinate straight with the office that referred you.

Serving Spring Valley & Nearby

We welcome patients from across Spring Valley, including Memorial Park, North Main Street, Maple Avenue, College Avenue, Decatur Avenue (10977).

Biologic & specialty medications we administer

Whatever your specialist has prescribed, there is a good chance we run it. Our list covers the common biologics and injectables, infliximab (Remicade, Inflectra), vedolizumab (Entyvio), ocrelizumab (Ocrevus), and teprotumumab (Tepezza). We also handle IVIG and the bone-health infusions like zoledronic acid (Reclast) and denosumab (Prolia). The medications below are a sample, so ask if you do not see yours.

  • Rheumatology & GI biologics (Remicade, Entyvio, Stelara, Simponi Aria and more)
  • Neurology infusions (Ocrevus, Tysabri, Briumvi)
  • Bone-health infusions (Reclast, Prolia, Evenity)
  • IVIG, iron infusions (Injectafer, Venofer, Feraheme) and more

Insurance & referrals from Spring Valley providers

We carry most insurance plans, and the prior authorization is our job, not yours. Once a Spring Valley rheumatologist, gastroenterologist, or neurologist writes your infusion order, they can fax it straight to Oasis and we start the benefit check from there. Prefer to make the first move yourself? Call us and we will get in touch with the office that referred you.

Directions from Spring Valley

Start near Memorial Park and North Main Street and pick up Route 45 heading north. You will run up through Hillcrest, then pick up Route 202 toward Pomona for the last stretch. The clinic sits just off the road at 11 Medical Park Drive, Suite 104, about 7 miles all told. Off-peak that is roughly 13 to 15 minutes. The slow spots are around the transit center downtown and again on Route 45 through Hillcrest, so give yourself a cushion at rush hour. Parking is free and right at the door.
