Directions from Chestnut Ridge
From Chestnut Ridge, pick up Route 45 and head north. Follow it up toward Mount Ivy, where Route 45 meets Route 202. Turn east onto Route 202, then watch for Medical Park Drive and turn in. Oasis Family Health is at 11 Medical Park Drive, Suite 104. Figure about 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic through Spring Valley, and parking is free right at the door.
