Infusion Therapy for Pomona Patients

Oasis Family Health is a dedicated infusion center inside the village, at 11 Medical Park Drive, in the office complex just off Route 45. Our NP/RN team gives biologic and specialty IV medications in a private, unhurried room. We care for patients with rheumatologic, gastrointestinal, neurologic, and bone-health conditions, and we stay in close contact with your specialist so your treatment keeps moving on schedule.
Plenty of Pomona patients are used to the drive to Good Samaritan in Suffern, Montefiore Nyack, or down into Westchester for routine infusions. We put a closer, quieter option right in the village. You get one private chair rather than a busy bay, along with the same nurse from visit to visit and a team that works out the insurance coordination with your provider. We accept most insurances and take orders straight from referring physicians.

Most major insurance plans are accepted here, and our front desk does the prior authorization legwork with your specialist's office so you are not chasing forms. Already have a prescribing rheumatologist, GI doctor, or neurologist? Ask them to fax or send the infusion order to Oasis at 11 Medical Park Drive. You can also call us first and we will get the paperwork rolling. When you live in Pomona, that order rarely travels more than a few blocks to reach us.
Directions from Pomona
The clinic is inside Pomona, so most local patients have a very short trip. From the west side of the village, follow Route 202 toward the Route 45 junction near Mount Ivy. The Medical Park Drive complex sits just off that junction, close to Palisades Interstate Parkway Exit 12. Drivers coming up the Parkway take Exit 12 and pick up Route 45 for a short stretch to Medical Park Drive, then turn in to 11 Medical Park Drive, Suite 104. Parking is free and right at the door.
